Search boxes transmit the name, phone number, or address entered to the third-party provider that supplies results. We do not retain those queries on our servers. A direct message contains only what its sender chooses to provide, and we use it to answer.

How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
The Maryland Online Data Privacy Act, Commercial Law ยงยง 14-4701 through 14-4714, may give covered consumers rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain certain personal data and to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, and some profiling. We can check our contact mailbox and server logs for a valid request made through the Contact page. Government records held by Westminster, Carroll County, or Maryland remain outside our control, and MODPA does not erase an independently public deed or docket.
